I took my car here for an MOT. It came back dented, scratched and all the inside dirty, oily finger prints all over the inside, all over the contents in the glove box. I mentioned this as soon as I got home, but was told the manager is on holiday for 2 weeks and will have to wait for a response. It took them 3 weeks to investigate and reply back. In the end they offered me a free valet at the local car cleaners. However the car cleaners only offered to clean the steering wheel !! I emailed Brooklands about this, but they never replied. My wife also called to book her car in for an MOT and service, but the main dealers were actually cheaper, which is a surprise because in my years of using local garages and main dealers, the main dealer is always more expensive. Not with Brooklands, they are always more expensive than main dealers and other local garages. So if you want to pay really high prices, receive extremely poor service by grumpy staff and receive your car back scratched and really dirty inside then go ahead. My advice, shop around for cheaper costs, receive better service from other garages who will actually look after your car.
